    Entering the PCP world

Brocock Bantam Sniper HR was delivered earlier this week, care of David at NZ Airguns.

These are amazingly accurate and consistent.

Will keep you updated as things progress

Shooting 15.89gn JSB Jumbo's at 852fps with an SD of 4fps over 20 shots.

Magpie was 75m and dropped from the tree and the one next to it remained there to be shot too. Very quiet with a rimfire surpressor on it.

You can get into the PCP market from about $1K, the sky is the limit really with some rifles overs $4k. This one sits in the middle.

I have the Brocock Compatto Mk2 in .22. Very nice, compact hunting PCP. I tuned it to 55 shots at 23 fpe from 240 to 130 BAR. I can very much recommend the JSB Hades pellets for this gun. It is designed as a hunting pellet with a head that expands. Very accurate in my gun. I put four pellets in the same hole at 40m today.
The only thing i had to do some improvement on was the trigger. It's two stage, has a clear breaking point, but i found the trigger pull too high. It is not possible however to adjust the trigger pull with a screw. You need to disassemble the trigger (easy) and carefully shorten the two springs. It's easier to shoot accurately now, because of not pulling the gun while squeezing the trigger.

I didn't really think much of airguns to be honest, until a forum member told me a thing or two about a thing or two. Some real eye openers.
