About LinkBacksYeh but landowners using that excuse are just being lazy/ignorant. Health and safety act excludes recreational use for a start-ie fishing/biking/hunting, providing significant hazards etc are explained, ie tractor work/cattle in paddock/dangerous tracks etc. And if they are following the rules-which they should be now-they should have signage and a hazard register in place for any other person/contractor carrying out work on the property. Most don't tho...
