Thread: Looking for Small Game Hunting Opportunities Around Cambridge, TA And Hamilton

My name is Devon, and I’m an avid hunter based in the Waikato region. I’m reaching out to this fantastic community to see if anyone knows of farms or properties around Cambridge, Te Awamutu, or Hamilton where I might be able to help with pest control, specifically rabbits and other small varmints.

I want to assure you that I’m a responsible and respectful hunter. I take great care to respect land, gates, and livestock, and I always ensure safety is my top priority. I never take unnecessary or unsafe shots and am committed to leaving properties as I find them.

If you or someone you know could use a hand managing small game, I’d be more than happy to discuss further details. I’m also open to any advice or recommendations from more experienced members of the forum about areas where hunting like this might be needed.

You could also try local FB groups. I know one of the biggest obstacles to being able to shoot properties these days is Heath and Safety, a lot of farmers simply can't be bothered with another potential risk on the farm.
