A few of us spent 3 days rabbit shooting in the Lake Dunstan area over the weekend
We saw this cat disappear down a rabbit hole and waited 5 long mins for its head to appear. It was shot but had to be dragged out of the hole. Great fun reaching in to grab it.

I'd wanna be 20000% sure it was dead before I'd stick my hand down that hole.

I've seen what a wounded wild cat is capable of.

Good on ya for taking it out too.

    Cheers

Ok so I got the wrong photo deleted. Anyway after firing a few rounds down the hole I convinced my mate the cat was dead and while he extracted it I videoed the whole thing in case it all went tragic and I could post the
clip but alas it was very dead.
