Trust me - every Hare we have had is melt in mouth and aint no Crock Pot been used (we don't have power apart from Solar)
Just be interested to hear more about sinew removal - think I know what he means and would make sense

My Mum used to jam the pukeko and hares in the door jam, and I think just pull, it was a few years ago and I should of taken more notice. But I do see on google you can buy a sinew puller. Hope that helps @Sarvo.
