Knock on doors, be polite and take a no on the chin.
Thank them for them time even if they say no.
Don't turn up in a RX 7 with a big bore exhaust looking like a fucken extra from Rambo , first impressions do count.

If you get a yes let them know you will contact them each time before you arrive and let them know and say thanks once you are off the property.

It may take awhile but you will get an opportunity sooner or later.
