Thread: rabbit shooting

Agree with viper. It's a bit like dating, always dress tidy, don't hoon up the driveway, be polite etc. Tell them a bit about yourself without rabbiting on for half an hour.
If you do get access make sure you go over some ground rules like what and where you can and can't shoot. Do they own a cat! Hate to shoot the pet. Are they happy for you to text to come out or would they rather a phone call. Put your self in their shoes and think about it.
Also, it pays to practice what you're going to say beforehand, don't be a stammering/muttering mess.
Once you've been out a couple of times ask if they have anyone that needs some rabbits shot or the likes. If they like you then they're going to vouch for you with someone else.
