Thread: Rabbit virus release

It will bowl a few especially where numbers are very high as it transmits from rabbit to rabbit so where numbers are high and rabbits are in contact with each other it will have the best effect,but what survives will end up resistant like last time. New born rabbits have a natural immunity to disease so a lot of them will be exposed and not die but will build a resistance to the virus.Long term I think the rabbit will survive. They would probably make it through a nuclear war.

Excellent, release stuff more introduced shit into our environment. Last time I heard the release that was suppose to happen this year did't as it mutated in the Lab.
Doesn't exactly fill you with confidence for the future does it.
Sooner or later something will go wrong with this shit and it will species jump or do something that has a very negative impact.

I see the farms that are pro-active with their rabbits down here in central having them under control. Sure if they ignore the problem then that's when numbers really increase.
It's like Gorse and Blackberry, do nothing and it will take over the land but have a program in place and the problem is under control .

I think there should be a bounty on rabbits. 50 cents a tail. It would get guys out and shooting them. I spent 100's and 100's of dollars shooting rabbits for farmers for free, at least this would cover ammo costs.
Most farmers offer no help in terms of ammo. This would still cost them nothing. OK I am starting to RANT now so time to stop.

Hate the idea of another virus been released.
