At weekend I tried to get some bunnies with air rifle using Fenix 220 lumen head torch but was a PITA as it needed to have the head torch pointed about 30 degrees left when walking so that it was aimed correctly when looking through scope. Then tried strapping my 650 lumen MTB light under fore end but its got wide beam so doesn't have enough throw. Certainly can't justify a Maxtoch as it'd be worth more than the air rifle!
