    Rem Bucket of bullets

    Hi Guys ,

Just thought I would post my initial feelings on the Rem bucket of bullets , 22lr , its absolute rubbish , I would say buy some else , there are offer 22lr ammo at a similar price , or a little dearer .

Groups looked like shotgun patterns at 50yds , tried it thru 2 different rifles , a Annie & a old Toz17 , the Annie has a 24 inche tube & the Toz , a 12 inche tube , in both some shots where going supersonic , & some subsonic , thought it may suit a certain barrel lenght , but looks like it is very inconsistant , no matter what barrel lenght you are running .

In simple terms , its unusable , and it really dosnt matter how cheap it is .

Maybe some one else has had better luck ?

    Later Chris

Can't complain here they shoot bloody good with a Stirling model 14p bolt action. First four rounds out of the bucket was a rabbit, starling and plover and a hare. Also sold 100 rounds to my boy and I made a profit

I will do some tests on targets when I get time soon and see how they shoot as a groups but in the meantime I happy with knocking off pests every day with my bucket full of fun.

I've shot a bit of it. Few FTF's and pretty inconsistent POI. Its batchy cheap stuff though so you will likely get good batches and bad batches.

My Jw15 shoots about 1-1.5inchs at 50meters with almost anything i shoot. haven found anything better than the rest. but never did group testing with CCI mini mags or subs.

the bucket is no worse than Winchester super x or super speed or Fiocchi In group sizes. But i have noticed a few that went subsonic. With a semi it would probably be really bad.
