    Gotta ask, do you eat wallaby tails? I always imagine they would be like Ox tail stew?

    This bugger was huge,nothing in the traps yet but this big doe was perched on the cattle yards before the mighty stirling knocker her off.

    I haven't eaten tails but have slow roasted legs and made koftas from mince.I have found it very good eating.
