    Its harmless, we see plenty of them, but if it worries you theres no shortage of rabbits.. The yellow tinge will be the fat in the meat, not much on a rabbit but there is always a small amount of fat in every muscle.

    Plenty of info around this is available..just google yellow fat in rabbits.
