Yes please keep us posted @KarakaB. If this proceeds through to police action and some form of punishment, be it diversion or an actual conviction ( probably unlikely for a first offence), then I would very much like to hear about it. This is a problem that a lot of us have experienced at one time or another, and I would like to be able to talk about it with my landowners based on actual facts and outcomes, rather than what we believe should or should not happen.
