We just missed a stag and had decided to sit down for some lunch and ponder missing yet another stag when this hind bounces out and down a siding. It ran right in front of me which made hitting it very easy. Stoked to have my first red though.

Have looked at the MDT LSS stocks for a while for the 223, they look real nice. A little pricey compare to a b&c etc

If only you could try my 300wsm, it would probably convince you to buy one. It is a little bit light this chassis for the recoil of the 300 but the silencer more than makes up for that. I have found that pistol grips can make trigger control much easier than a regular stock. The price is definitely its downfall though.Quote:
