    120 lbs crossbow

Does anyone know if a 120lbs crossbow would kill a deer?

i have a couple of buffalo river cross bows i think they are 150lb, quite cheap things. with the small arrows penetration is very low at any range what so ever. I would imagine they would take a deer with a very good broad head but only at a maximum of maybe 15m.

I wouldnt be trying it, compound bows are made for that kind of thing (or those very expensive 220lb + cross bows)
