Am a fijian Indian, we make very good goat curry..am kind os specialist in that.. most welcome if you stay close by or if you comin down this side anytime..
My boss at MOH just inboxed me on FB for some spicy goat curry with roti tomorrow... gota be up again tomorrow to cook for lunch ..
Reciepe: (3-4 guest)
take 2kg meat - best is the part that connects the rib case (the bone is soft and good to chew to get the marrows)..
wash in hot water to remove blood
crush a comb of garlic
chilies depending on taste and take
i onion medium size
curry powder
hot masala
Cooking time and process
heat about 150ml off oil
add onions and sterr
add crushed garlics and chillies
add salt
lower heat and sterr till onions look soft..
add curry powder (2 table spoons full)and sterr
add hot meat masala (3 table spoons full) and sterr for 2 mins..
keep heat low o it will start stickin to the pot..
add meat and mix the ingredients thoroughly..
let it cook for 10 mins than add about to small mug of water
let cook for 30 to 45 mins - (best is if you have pressure cooker - cooks in 20mins)
When cooked add chopped coriander leaves and sterr to mix
Let it cool for a while than serve with rice o roti..
