@mawzer308 how do you rate the stac? I've seen a few around at good $$'s. I need a new scope for my .250.
I'm trying to get to heaven before they shut the door.

So far I think they're good value. Seem solidly built, repeatable adjustments and happy with the glass. My mate compared his Nightforce Atacr at last light and was really surprised how close the sightron was in performance.

Set up for bush hunting only.

Browning BLR Lightweight Takedown in 223. Shortened to 14", DPT suppressor (DPT neoprene suppressor cover now replaced with Weka rubber cover - which I can recommend), Aimpoint Red Dot on top. 12" twist rate. Steel magazine holds 5 rounds. Shoots well, use Sako Gamehead SP 55g. Zero'd at 25m. Not light, about 3.7kg, but a joy to carry in hand and hunt with in the bush.

Another vote for the stac. Decent glass but dials are amazing
