About LinkBacksThe 1-9 commonly is used for the 55gr bullets, the mainstay of the 223. You can get away using 62gr bullets, also. There are decent bullets in both weights for deer hunting. Personal choice if using a 1 in 9 would be a 62gr.Originally Posted by Tommy
