    Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing, and right-doing, there is a field. I will meet you there.

    For some reason my Kimber started shooting all over the shop. I read that mixing solid copper and cup and core bullets back and forth can do that, So I scrubbed it out. Plenty of copper, even although Ive only used about 30 Barnes. Anyway, back to Nosler 115 BT on a clean barrel and it's stacking them. Also put a heavier scope on and I think thats helping my shooting.

    Have you tried Hybrid 100V in it?
    I'm trying to get to heaven before they shut the door.

    Yes. Wasn't good. Best have been r26 with 115/117 and r17 with 100. IMR4831 looks ok with 100's too.

    @Tahr

    That reads like real world evidence of de-fouling making an observable difference?

    What did you use ( brush type and fluid) to remove the copper pls?

    Regards

    I only ever use a rod and rag. Hoppes was useless on it. So I changed to something I can’t remember the name of -will look when I get home from this hunt But it shifted it no trouble.

    @Maxx the solvent was "Pro Shot - Solvent 1V". Worked a treat - just three or so good swab outs with a soaked rag and a few minutes to soak and cleaned until the rags weren't blue.
