My two cents. Whats more important than the projectile you chose, is where you naturally aim.

I once had a major disagreement with a guy. we both used .270 win. I used and swore by corlokts. He hated them as too hard and loved ballistic tips. My experience with BT's had been, well, Meh.
Turns out my natural aiming point tended to smash through bone. His was a bit further back. His bulet worked well for him. Mine worked well for me. Both are good it turns out.

asking 10 people on the net will give you an answer, but maybe not the one you need. Work out what you want to do and choose from there.
