Thread: 6.5 back

had a call from shop today saying they have got 6.5 back in stock,anyone else had info relayed about ammo supplies getting replenished or is the word out there that shortages are going to continue?

Its going to continue. This shipment is mostly filling backorders, very little in to wholesalers stock,
Next shipment is for their stock.
But USA the shortage is still on going, they will most likely fill domestic orders first.
So untill their shortage subsides i don't think ours will improve heaps

What 6.5 ammo would that be?

Will get worse...

Stock up on whatever you can get is my advice.

Very limited amounts of 6.5 around, and a lot (most) of the shipment just landed is presold.
Almost impossible to get hold of some of the popular Hornady 6.5 ELD-X or ELD-M projectiles, and the word is that it will be like this for a while

All the more reason to stick with the superior terminal performance of 30cal then
