Access to Pureoras

Hi team looking for some help.

Does anyone know if you can access to the northern area of the Pureoras (cowan block) via Waimahora Road? looks like there is a house/building at the end of it, anyone know what that is? just thought id check before i go for a drive and find a locked gate or something.

ever find out much about this? I believe its a private hut for some reason

Check the walking access commission website

It shows the hut to be in hunting permit doc land. So i geuss its a doc hut then.
