Hi, I used them in my 7mm STW before it got rebarreled. They went quite well in it and knocked deer over quickly when put in the right place. However my brother used them in his 7mm08 and the 4 or 5 deer I saw him shoulder shoot them with seemed to take a bit longer than normal to die. We recovered one from a fallow spiker shot front on at about 50 yards and it hadn't opened much at all. IMHO they are a hard bullet and go ok with high velocity but not as good in lower velocity.
