    yeh but the bits that don't matter .
    Humping round the ribcage and belly flap doesn't make sense if you think about it

    Linyera's from Argentina. Have you seen or experienced how they cook their meat on an open bbq? They generally use everything.

    We took advantage of the whole animal, this time into two halves can take the deer because it was near the road

    Yeah, that's actually half of the deer having been split down the middle of the spine like we do with a sheep. So nothing is missing at all. I wonder if the client is carrying the other half.
