Has anyone farted before? There are probably more Tikka's in the hills then deer.

The most important thing about a rifle is Fit. They are great entry point rifles, will shoot an inch if you are able too and as long as your not a complete clown you wont have an issue with losing a bolt or mag.

That package is a great starting point. Buy it and start saving for decent rings and a proper scope later on.

    1. Ring make sure they have your calibre choice before you bid or buy.
    2. What scope as cheap Aint always good
    3. The guns are good. Personally had a few. Didnt like the recoil but I'm weak apparently. Killed a few animals with them though.
    4. Lighter not always better.
    5. Still have one 300 Win Mag. BC Stock. Hardy suppressor Mk4 Loopy. Wicked gun. Trigger job. Scope Rail. Steel Loopy rings and very accurate.
heavy as fuc but well worth the carry.

    Cheers Happy

That or look around for the cheapest deal on a bare rifle and get the decent scope and rings all at the same time.
Save yourself 200 odd bucks on a scope that will be worth 20 bucks the moment you walk out the door.

A few years ago all the tikka's were located in a particular suburb of Auckland...Howick...I think it was.

You cant get ripped off...it is brand new.
Make sure you grind a groove across the barrel, round about where the for sight would be and you will have the most useful rifle in camp...no one else will be able to swing a billy over the campfire as well as you and your tikka.

RODSTA AndrewH has one in 270. He likes it so PM him if you have any questions. Oddly enough he lives bloody close to Howick
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

Is this thread a joke? Nearly every kiwi seems to have or have had a Tikka T3 lite in 7mm08 it's the quintessential kiwi rifle it's almost as kiwi as losing your virginity to a sheep

Wow that calibre looks so small? Surely it wouldn't be able to kill a deer?
