    Bone it out in the field, be particular how you do the job, and you won't have hairy meat. Prevention is way better than the cure.

    The field never seems to work out nearly always get more crap on the meat vs doing it at home pluss hair comes out way easier while its still warm , iv been trying out a new system for my veno back legs think im onto a winner

    basically wack the back legs off with skin attaching them..but before putting them over a shoulder put a sleeve of mutton cloth over them like a sock its taken me nearly 30 years to figure that one out so I hope you guys appreciate it
