    Back in work after 70+ yrs

    After 70+ yrs of resting with my family I put it back in work this morning. 40 yds took out front leg bone, 2 ribs, lungs and bullet came to rest in gut bag.

    Much more damage and blood shot meat than I expected from the weldcore Woodleigh.
    The shoulder has been partly cut away so I could inspect wound channel.

    I thought damage looked minimal compared to typical amax nbt etc at modern velocitys.

    Must have been satisfying to bowl one over with it john :thumbup:

    Well done John. The degree of trauma on that shoulder is probably proportional to your personal elation at the successfulness of the rifle's revival.
