    The pack on the way in should not be more than 10kgs,30kgs on the way out.

    I wouldnt carry 3kgs of water,1kg enough.I always walk near water,deer like water.700gr knife way to big and heavy.

    Surely you’re taking the piss ? Why carry water at all when the back country’s full of it.

    10kg sounds incredibly light. How is that possible? My overnight hunt is usually 18kg if staying in a hut or 22kg if staying in a tent.

    I will write a gear list of what I take. If your packs that heavy there’s a lot of unnecessary gear in it.
