Drove through the Gorge quite a bit this year so far for work, you could throw a rock with your eyes closed and still hit a goat most days!

You could always look at the ones in town just over the main bridge or those up above the warehouse for giggles,just dont have your shooter with you
As above........any of those areas will turn up a feed of goat.

Why not a red? So many deer around the coast.

Must be going to the wrong places then. I've shot them not far off the road on doc land before.

If you don't mind driving to murchison then I'd try some of the public land around it.

My cousins have goats and reds off the back of their place and further beyond its public land for miles
