Thread: A Blank Canvas

Took the family out for a bit of a hunt last weekend. Try as we might to put her off, the wee tart decided she was coming on her first "big girls hunt".
So we started off with this....



And ended up with this........



Always good to see the skill base developing over the years

When she is gnawing on fresh eye fillet from deer or cubed up quick fried hunks of hare back strap with juices running down chin.....thems the times it's great to be a hunting Dad. Good on you for getting her out and into it.

I'm just the Grandad Mick, and she's been converted to the "hunting meat" as she calls it for as long as she could chew. I'm surprised her baby teeth have stood up to it
As for the other fella, he's been out-shooting and out-climbing his old grandad for a while now. Might be time for a heavier pack.

Ah yes it is your grandies. That the mighty trebly the lad is using,I seem to recall he has taken a few animals with it now.

Yep, he shoots really well with it. He knows he's got to head or neck shoot them with such a small pill so takes a bit of care. Got a CD turret on the VX 3 and dialling up and shooting goats consistently out to 3 hundy.
