    Blaze clothing or Pink/orange tape?

    Hi All
I'm trying to get roar-ready and am planning on getting some blaze mesh vests, but was looking into blaze caps too. I've already got a really comfy camp cap thought and likewise with all other hunting clothing, so was wondering how many of you bother getting gear in bright colours for public land, or whether you put orange/pink/etc tape on it so stand out. Thoughts? All my gear is plain camo - no orange as I use it for ducks too

If I’m bush hunting public land in the roar I’ll wear a blaze cap or beanie, https://www.stoneycreek.co.nz/shop/c...series=30%2C33

In the North Island I’d probably go for one of those blue tops https://www.stoneycreek.co.nz/shop/c...ory=87&layer=3

no - just wont wear blaze orange - if the garment is wet and dirty and in half light its to much like a red deer color- I have a NATO blue cap and a NATO blue swazi buffalo bag thats it -

pink n blue they wont shoot you should be a catch cry.
agree that orange isnt good once slightly dirty or faded or find that colorblind fella.
and if your NOT hunting ,or walking out carrying...sing,yac out loud etc ...good excuse to do poor elvis impersonations LOL.
its all relative at end of day..if it makes you feel safer go for it... it will make herindoors feel better if you have some thing.
a bright pack cover isnt silly idea either....stick it on when not hunting.

NATO blue. The only colour not replicated somewhere in the bush.

Is it to be seen or not to be seen , two very different things . The yank army had a line up of the best bush camo to test , annnnnnd the winner was the Hawaiian shirt on the left lol .
I did have a video of it but can't find it at the mo .

Blaze pink for the win. My gear is unfaded blaze orange but hunting is the only time I'd ever consider wearing pink, if I coulf find it. Bright blue tape would be good too since you'll be sitting real still.

Identify your target beyond all doubt because you never miss (right?) and I'll be missed.

1 mate aways wears orange hat and some times a mesh orange & black camo vest.
The cap is great, makes his head stand out and him easy to find. Not so sure about the vest however
My preferance would be nato blue as it does not belong in the bush. Another mate uses this.
Me I just wear a camo top.
