Blk available to hunt - Ahimanawas 3rd - 9th April

Afternoon guys and girls, due to last minute work commitments I have to surrender my ahimanawa blk (kitfox) from the 3rd to the 9th of April. I don’t want to leave Chris Crosse (east kawekas helicopters)in the lurch so if anyone is looking for a good private block get into this. Good numbers of sika and the odd redskin. Also a much better chance in the ahimanawas of a decent 8 pointer than the Kawekas.

Reply to my thread if you are keen or ring Chris and Lauren direct on 06 839 8693.

Would have been keen, but too short time to organize.

Thanks for the sympathy! I believe it’s about $350-$360/ person for the helicopter ride and about $60/night for blk lease. Chris Crosse and Lauren would confirm. Cheers. Tom

We cat and moused along the face for another hour and a half, with him hiding in the fern and rubbish, allowing me within metres, before crashing off unseen, four times till he finally decided to sneak off
