When I first start hunting in the Blueys, I dismissed the black thing as a shadow only to have the "shadow" get up and leap away! The wee fallow can be hard little buggers to spot in the bush.

Amazing what you realise you would have walked past once you start using an indicator dog down there! They are cunning wee deer alright. With the amount of pressure they get it's hardly surprising really. Love hunting down there, great challenge.

Only run into pigs in the Northern blocks so far, but seen plenty of rooting elsewhere in there too.
