Thread: Blue Mtn Bucks post rut?

I'm wondering if anyone with experience of the Blue Mountains Fallow can offer any advise regarding targeting Bucks now post croak?

I assume they will have left the does. Are they likely to have returned to their winter yarding areas (impenetrable scrubby guts etc) or are they likely to be feeding hard in any grass areas or broadleaf guts trying to regain a bit of condition?

Heading down for a couple of days this week and would really like to try and target something with antlers as the freezer is full!
