Thread: Blunt ammo

Am I the only one or are there others out there that purchase ammunition for hunting, only to get it home, open the box and find all the sharp points worn away?
I like to have sharp ammo and seek the best from each box to use hunting. This is very frustrating. I don't want to file it down and change the ballistics, likewise I don;t want to heat them up for safety reasons.
I use mainly .270 and .303 and they both come this way.
I won't say which brand as I have no issue with the way they both work, I just wish they'd pack them on their bum so they don't rub the points off.
Any bright ideas out there...........
