    I like to have sharp ammo and seek the best from each box to use hunting. This is very frustrating. I don't want to file it down and change the ballistics, likewise I don;t want to heat them up for safety reasons.
    I use mainly .270 and .303 and they both come this way.
    I won't say which brand as I have no issue with the way they both work, I just wish they'd pack them on their bum so they don't rub the points off.
    Any bright ideas out there...........
    Unless you are shooting long range targets, the ballistics aren't going to change much.
    Not worth worrying about.

    It is in the centre of the projectile & will make very little difference ballistically out to 4-500 yards
