Thread: Can anyone confirm this rumor

A friend of mine with his helicopter ticket has told me that according to "someone in the right place" the tahr cull is underway and that the cullers are using semis, its second hand info but can anyone actually confirm this.

Wouldn’t surprise me, The word is that the wording of the new law rammed through doesn’t actually prohibit you from using your prohibited guns during the amnesty period, someone on here that attended a NZDA meeting where Nic Taylor spoke said that’s what he said, during the Order in Council they WERE banned from being used but that’s been superseded by the new law? Despite what the Police are saying.

Someone should OIA Sage and ask her what are they using and how?

There was a guy on here a week ago skiting that he had his. Guys that have their livelihoods depending on it have been given priority. I’d say it’s possible that some people have theirs.

You'll be wasting your time Marty, you wont uncover some great conspiracy involving DOC using illegal firearms. i know of several guys in the pest control industry that have their prohibited firearms endorsement. DOC would have pushed for their shooters to get them from the get go.

Crusades were a legit self defense against a military expansion. What that means is that the Crusades were about as shameful as WW2 participation or a trip to the Falklands. Not perfect, not nice, but legit.
