Cheers mate, been doing it since i was little with the old man and his mates after every hunt that produced the goods. Alot easier if you have someone on the blow torch and someone with a knife scraping. Helps if you take the top hair off first, once youve done that hover the torch over an area till you see the skin sorta bubble and then scrap upwards (with the grain) with abitve force and it comes off easy.
