Thread: Chamois Advice

I'm heading to Christchurch tomorrow to stay with family for the last couple weeks of uni holidays and one of my goals is to at least see a chamois. I hunted the Twizel area last year and shot my first bull tahr and that's the only area I'm currently familiar with but a friend of mine suggested the Victoria ranges for chamois.
Can any one suggest an access point in that area or another that would be good for day trips?

Just about anywhere in Arthurs Pass will have chamois. Pick a ridge and climb.
