    Christchurch butcher/chiller

Rolled a couple of fallow this morning, keen to get in a chiller for a few days if possible, usually use bromley home butcher but due to public holiday it's a no go.

Anyone know any butchers you can drop animals in the chiller or alternatively does anyone have a chiller?

Failing that bone em out pronto then throw all the lettuce and bottles of shit out of the fridge and get it in there....not ideal but can age in the fridge all good.

Yeh that's what I may do.
Problem is I'm flying up north 6am Thursday, back Sunday. So a chiller would be best outcome

Buy a second hand fridge, bone out and through them in there. Have an old fridge in the garage that I just turn on when needed.
