    seems like you are getting some great mates to help a piece of advice dont bother with venison in a hangi - does not come out well because its not a roasting process but more steamed - now I do not doubt there will be someone on here will jump in and immediately contradict that but trust me on that one - venison in a hangi is rank chicken pork goat mutton yup
