Reading that I cant help but wonder if UN would chip in on the buy back as well ? , after all NZ has signed the agreement ?

Not a nice outlook for us firearm owners, The UN agenda has been civilian disarmament for a long time. There is a definite similarity to the above document and to what is happening and proposed by our government. What a total stuff up this has turned into, I never thought I would see the day when this type of shit could happen to us here in NZ. All because some nut bar decides he has to commit this unspeakable act.

Id heard about this stuff floating around for years but never read the document , bit scary aye

Maybe all the turnbolt hunters that think they will never come for them will finally take notice.

Meanwhile china still supplies African dictators with their armements to keep populations at bay. And the US, Great Britain and France had no problems supplying guns to rebels in Lybia and Syria. Where are those guns now? Bunch of hypocrites

Getting quite tired of all the speculation and false information around the proposed rule changes to be fair. Can we just focus on information published and not go by hearsay/potentially misinformed/not well informed individuals

But who do we trust? I'm pretty sure the UN has vested interests in keeping arms amongst the worlds population. Without them they would become effectively pointless.

Personally I don't care too much. Just gonna keep hunting and hopefully be able to pass that along to my son. Global policy and events interest me but I learnt a long time ago not to dwell on some things I read online.

Oh I have no doubt that most western governments are aiming for exactly what is written there.
It makes sense if you want to dominate your population under the guise of making us "safer". I just dont buy the worldwide conspiracy.

You should probably not post Snopes as a fact "checker". Snopes has an appalling record and if you look into the background its quite ridiculous. Add to that the "fact checker" craze arose during a media conspiracy theory that collapsed in the last few days. It now looks like there will be an investigation into this conspiracy theory that looks remarkably like a coup.

Might be a good time to distance yourself from these "fact checkers".

Agenda 21 is no secret and stems from the widely held delusion everyone wants to live in a city. A study group document is not policy. Maybe wind down the indignation.
