Well with northdude I must concur a 3006 is surely manly as it has been used by Men defending their freedoms with honor, in the face of death as a service calibre.
The 416 well that would require a different test. While it is very true that a boy could not use one, it doesn't have the same breeding as the H&H, the honor of the 3006 or 'old money' respectability now that Remington is in financial straits. So while the 416 might be a mans gun it is not the gun of a Gentleman.
