    Dark river

    Drew dark river period 3. Will be my first time hunting wapiti. Any advice on this block? Ive heard its tough going

    that massive swan mere swamp is the tough part i think, but past that looks ok. tough block , but some real nice heads have come out of there . a couple of aussie guys got a ripper in there recently , story was in one of the rod and rifles not long ago i think .

    Like all Wapiti blocks, Get fit is priority #1, this is a good excuse to do heaps of hunting leading up to it.

    any deets or a picture of the story? was it proper big?

    It was decent but sorry i cant recall what magazine it was in. if i find it will let you know.

    all good mate i got onto a Copy of the picture........ it was Decent.. spewin about the shot off brow tine tho eh
