What is the best way to remove loose hairs from the meat. I take it that it is not advisable to wash the meat.
Eat them "full of proteins", Nah Idk pick off one by one? a damp tea towel? You have people younger then you in the house so make them pick it off one by one.
Once it gets a dry skin on the meat you can scrape it off with a knife or just pick em off one by one

Thanks guys. The thing seemed to be moulting. A lot on long hairs falling out and a nice even layer of short hair underneath more firmly attached. Amazing difference in colour between the two. One dark redish/brown smaller animal with spots barely noticeable, the other a light orange/ginger and much larger with more prominent spots. Suspect the larger animal had been released as its ears had rips like tags had been removed/torn out.
Man the fridge is loaded.
Scraps and tougher bits in the stock pot marinating nicely. Will start a 16 hour slow cook in a bit.
