With respect I think your out of touch, sure there is still the odd bloke out there doing it for $6-7 maybe but if comparing quality sausages and mince for $9.22kg to shop stuff at $20+ its not to bad.Running a business these days is blimmen niggly as far as costs - charge out rates - happy customers goes.Quality product is always first then price.
