    Haven't started yet as we don't move out until the middle of April. I want to know what bloody idiot would choose the roar as a settlement date.

    Better start now and have it ready, I never look forward to moving house, must have done it about 20 times in my life, I very still got unpack boxes from my last move 8 years ago! I was still moving my garage out the day the new people were moving in!
