Thread: Deformed heads

This is one I shot a couple of years ago. We spent about 45min from a ridge top where we heard it to the valley below trying to sneak up on it. It was moaning not roaring and moving away from us as we roared. As we got closer I would run a couple of meters using the wind gusts and moaning to hide any noise. Got to 15m then dropped it. It bolted 20m then stopped. My brother put a round into it about 1" from mine.
