I am walking around checking a line of my high country traps by a lake edge that is administered by DOC and I find hidden in a matagouri bush, right on the lake edge a big black plastic rubbish bag. I pick it up and carry it back to my truck. I get home and the rubbish hadn't been there that long so I sort thru it and lo and behold there in the bag is an Auckland to ChCh Air NZ seat ticket with Mr K.... 's name on... BINGO got ya ya bastard. I photograph all the rubbish and airline ticket and advise DOC... a few days later I get a reply, "oh we dont have the time to chase this up" , WTF !!!!

Well done ..... no chance of finding Mr. K on Facebook or the like?

I hear ya - never give up with that one when you have a clear name address etc - keep going up DOC food chain - don't give up - get the buggers
