    Disease in Deer?

Shot a red spiker recently, but dumped it. First, its droppings were bright grass-green pellets, not runny, but not the usual dark brown. Second, it had a number of pearly-white round lumps inside, not fluid-filled like a cyst, but scattered among organs and muscles. Its liver, lungs, and kidneys all looked normal, and the animal, while small, appeared to be in good condition with an average amount of fat for a deer. Any comments, please? Thank you!
